Keeping your account secure
Passwords, two-factor authentication and connected accounts.
Everything here is under Settings, then Security.
Two-factor authentication
Turn it on. Your account can see every mandate your firm is working and every name it is watching, which is a more interesting target than most people assume their recruitment software to be.
Passwords
If you signed up with Google you have no password until you set one. Add one under Security and you can then sign in either way. The option to disconnect Google stays greyed out until a password exists, so you cannot lock yourself out by tidying up your connected accounts.
Connected accounts
The Security page lists every sign-in method attached to your account. Review it when someone changes role, and remove anything you no longer use.
One seat each
Do not share a login, even with a colleague you trust completely. Invitations are free, and a shared account removes the only record of who read what — which is the record you need on the day a client asks.
