Your organization

One firm, one account, one profile.

Everyone at your firm works from a single account. The profile, the library and the history build up in one place instead of splitting across separate logins, which is what makes a colleague able to pick up your mandate without asking you for anything.

What the organization holds

Its identity and its brand. The firm name, the logo, your colour and how your firm writes, all under Settings, then Organization. Those are what every report is delivered in, which is why they sit on one screen.

Its market. What we watch and what we leave out, under Settings, then Your market.

Its people. Who has a seat and what they can do, under Settings, then Members.

Its plan. Under Settings, then Billing.

The domain is the boundary

Your firm is identified by its email domain, so anyone signing up from that domain joins you rather than creating a second account. Someone from outside it can still be invited — an invitation works from any address — but they have to be invited rather than arriving on their own.

Deleting the firm

Only the person who created the organization can delete it, and it takes the profile, the monitor and the library with it. Talk to your account manager first; almost everything people reach for deletion to solve is a settings change or a seat change.

Two people build this, and both of them answer email.

No support tier, no ticket queue. If the manual did not answer it, ask us directly.
