Where your plan lives, and who can change it.
Billing lives under Settings, then Billing. From there you can see your current plan, change it, update your payment details and download invoices.
Who can see it, and who can change it
Anyone with a seat can open the billing screen and read the plan. Only owners and admins can act on it: subscribing, changing plan, buying an extra search, cancelling, or touching the card.
What you are paying for
A plan includes a number of searches each period and keeps the monitor running alongside them. The dashboard shows the plan, the searches left and when the next period starts, so the state of your account is answerable without opening billing at all.
Questions about a charge
Write to your account manager and we will look at it with you. Anything to do with money is worth a conversation rather than a support ticket.
