There is no research queue to manage and no analyst to chase. The work happens between the moment you send a brief and the moment the report appears, and this is what happens in that gap.
One report, end to end
You send a brief. Two fields are required: what the report should find, and the field or market it lives in. Everything else sharpens the aim.
A person reads it. Before anything runs, your brief is read in full. If it is ambiguous in a way that would cost you a week, we come back to you rather than guessing.
The agents research it. They work through filings, company announcements, regulatory records, news and the sources that surface companies which never file anything. Which of those matters depends on your profile — ownership and company size decide where the evidence actually lives.
We review it. Nothing reaches you unread. The check is for the things automation is worst at: a stale figure, a conclusion the evidence does not carry, a name on your off-limits list.
It arrives under your brand. The report lands on your dashboard with your logo and your colour, written to your house style, ready to send on.

Why your profile matters so much
The engine is the same for every firm; the profile is not. It decides which sectors are in scope, which regions, what size of company, which moves are worth telling you about, and who is off limits. A report that comes back wider or narrower than you expected is almost always a profile answer rather than a research failure, and the fix takes effect on the next one.
