Seats, invitations and what each role can do.

Manage people under Settings, then Members.

Inviting colleagues

Invite by email address. They get a link and join your firm directly, with access to the same profile and the same library. An invitation works from any address, so a contractor or a colleague on a different domain can still be brought in.

Pending invitations are listed under the members table, where they can be resent or cancelled.

Roles

Owner created the firm. Only the owner can delete it.

Admin can change the firm profile, add and remove people, and manage billing.

Member can see the firm’s reports, opportunities, profile and plan, and can invite a colleague. What a member cannot do is add or remove seats, change the firm profile, or act on billing.

Everyone with a seat sees the whole library. There is no per-report permission, because a search firm’s research is a shared asset and a report only one person can find is a report that gets redone.

Someone asking to join

If a colleague signs up with your firm’s domain, they are asked to request access rather than creating a second account. The request goes to your owners and admins, who can add them from the members table.

Removing someone

Remove them from the members table when they leave. It ends their access immediately; the reports they requested stay in the library, where they belong to the firm rather than to a person.

Give people their own seat rather than sharing a login. Shared credentials cost you the audit trail exactly when you need it.

Two people build this, and both of them answer email.

No support tier, no ticket queue. If the manual did not answer it, ask us directly.
